New Year’s resolutions are practically made to be broken. How often have we made a promise to ourselves to get fit, lose a lot of weight, eat healthy, or some other grand task to be completed in 365 days’ time, only to break it within the first 30 days?     Thank you for finally updating your blog. I enjoyed reading your resolution tips. I am fairly new to fitbit and it would be great to see a new blog post here each week. I am especially interested in knowing more about the sleep tracker & what the results mean. Thank you.

    Beginning today 12/26/2013 I am going to do 3,000 steps and then add 100 more per day until I reach 10,000 steps.

    I’m retired, 74 YOA and now it’s time to loose excess weight, get fit and enjoy life instead of what I’m doing now.
