  • my wife is a hairdresser and thinks her activities at work w/ her arms increases her steps.does anyone have any comment on this?on a average day she does 12-14000 steps.i find that hard to believe in a 700 sq foot salon.

  • I am a 75 year old geezer. Would you be able to educate me in four or five strength exercise. I am male, 5’1″, 170 pounds and a belly with side handles. I have arthritis in my lower back and hips. I ride the stationary bike with a low seat for 30 minutes. My Flex Tracker counts each pump of the foot peddles as a step. I accumulate about 4,000 steps on the bike. And I also walk. I try to combine the bike and walking for 1,000 to 1,500 steps. Some days I can get 1,800 to 2,000 steps.

  • I am considering a fitbit, but the majority of my exercise is done in the pool. Water aerobics type exercise. Will the fitbit withstand an hour in the water?

  • HI! Fitbit newbie here. I cant find any tshirts available. I want to get a team of walkers together and would have loved to order tshirts for all of us. BTW I am so very relieved to find Fitbit and look forward to its support.
