    I just purchased my first activity tracker after hours of reviewing all the competition. I settled on the Fitbit Flex. In 2009 I lost 42 lbs. thru-hiking the Appalachian Trail of 2173 miles. Wish I had discovered an activity tracker back then. Beginning in about one week I will start a cross country hike from San Francisco to Georgia. My question is am I able to share my weekly results with my blog or my Facebook page Where Is Ben for family or friends following my walk? Thanks. Oh, I am using an app Charity Miles to raise money for Wounded Warriors. My other goal is to walk off about 50 lbs.
