If you’re like us, as soon as the ball dropped on New Year’s, your visions of sugarplums turned into visions of you achieving every fitness goal you’ve ever had—you’re crossing finish lines, looking dynamite in a swimsuit, setting a new personal record, getting off the couch 3x a week. You’re motivated, energized, and looking 2015 square in the eyes.
