This is so true. For one, I rarely go out before having a dog but since having my pup, I HAVE to. Otherwise, she’ll go crazy around the house and ruin a lot of things!
We have a year old Irish Setter and since she has become part of the family my walks have increased dramatically! The walks are longer and I think about where to go on a walk. She encourages me to walk in weather I would normally not even think about going out to enjoy. Always feel better afterward.
