Want to show off your personal style—but still be motivated to stay healthy and fit? Fitbit is collaborating with New York design house PUBLIC SCHOOL, and taking a fierce step on the runway at New York Fashion Week with Fitbit Alta.

Hailed as “the most wearable wearable” yet, Fitbit Alta is the most stylish and motivating tracker from Fitbit to date, bringing a new level of chic to your workouts, events, and on-the-go lifestyle thanks to easily interchangeable accessory bands in materials like soft, premium leather, and hand-polished stainless steel. And coming later this year, a collection of premium bracelets and printed sport bands designed by PUBLIC SCHOOL for men and women. The PUBLIC SCHOOL for Fitbit Alta collection is a tribute to people who are constantly on the move and will feature the brand’s signature street aesthetic, like fine metals in edgy styles and sporty prints with bold graphic phrases.

PUBLIC SCHOOL is an urban fashion label from young designers Dao-Yi Chow and Maxwell Osborne. Inspired by the restless energy of New York, London, and Hong Kong, they’ve earned praise for their functional and versatile clothes that blend day-to-night with elevated urban style. They’ve won several awards, including the prestigious 2013 CFDA Vogue Fashion Fund Award, judged by industry luminaries such as Anna Wintour and J.Crew’s Jenna Lyons.

The collaboration is a natural fusion of fashion and fitness for daily life. “We draw our inspiration from New York City’s vibrant, active street culture and the people that surround us where we work, live, and thrive,” said Chow and Osborne in a joint statement. “As we work with Fitbit to design the collection for Alta, our goal is to create accessories that inspire, delight and have the versatility to become a modern extension of our users. Together with Fitbit, our vision is to help people move effortlessly from day-to-night with a look that reflects their unique style and attitude—and motivates them to stay healthy and fit.”

Don’t miss the PUBLIC SCHOOL runway show on Sunday, February 14, for a sneak peek of the concepts designed for Fitbit Alta. And stay tuned for the official release of the collection later this year.
