There’s a seemingly endless number of ways to work out, yet many of us fall victim to routines. It happens. You hit the gym day after day, and do your regular weight circuit or cardio class, and you’re done. But while routines can be a good thing, your body and muscles actually crave (and need) change in order to get stronger.
Why not break the mold and try something new this week? Adding even just one new move to your next workout can activate a different muscle group and spice up a stale routine. Plus, change can trigger your excitement and motivation muscles, too.
