This year, not only did they rerun that analysis—check out the 2017 Fittest Cities in America—but they also took their research global.
Below, the Fittest Countries in the World, based on data from more than 20 million Fitbit users across the globe.*

The analysis is a representative sample of 2016 data from more than 10 million users in the United States and more than 10 thousand users in each international country.

Averages are nice but more descriptive data would have been welcome. I’m also interested why, with “63 million users” only 20 million wer einclided in this data. What factors led to exclusion?
