Cranberry-Ginger Kombucha Cocktail

Here’s to your health! Raise a glass to the new year with this healthy-ish take on the martini. Fizzy kombucha, filled with good yeast and bacteria, makes a tongue-tantalizing base for a festive cocktail.   

Ingredients

½ cup (4 fl oz/125 ml) vodka
¼ cup (2 fl oz/60 ml) unsweetened cranberry juice
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
½ cup (4 fl oz/125 ml) ginger-lemon kombucha, such as Humm brand
6 frozen cranberries

Instructions

In a cocktail shaker, combine the vodka, cranberry juice, and lime juice. Add ice to fill, cover, and shake for 20 seconds. Strain the mixture into martini glasses and top up with the kombucha. Garnish with the cranberries and serve.
