- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/2 cup (4 oz / 125 g) non-fat, plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup (4 oz / 125 ml) non-fat milk
- 1 tablespoon cacao powder
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter, no added salt or sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup raspberries and blueberries
Add ingredients, excluding the raspberries and blueberries, to a mason jar or container with a tightly fitted lid. Stir to combine, cover, and refrigerate overnight or up to five days. Top with raspberries and blueberries and drizzle with peanut butter before serving.
