10,000 Steps x Ten Pieces—Finite Fashion and Fitbit

Last month, Sydney-based fashion label Ten Pieces launched their much-anticipated Resort 2017 collection in collaboration with Fitbit at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Australia.

After wowing crowds at last year’s fashion week with their spectacular show at Icebergs Dining Room, this year’s action-packed film and runaway did not disappoint. Set in vast sand dunes at dusk, Ten Pieces showcased their stunning collection in a three-minute film on models krumping, jookin dancing and parkouring their way towards 10,000 steps, their Fitbit Blazes and Altas tracking their every move.

Ten Pieces and Fitbit showcased the film to a buzzing crowd at Fox Studios on Thursday 19 May. “The inspiration for Ten Pieces is to create a unisex uniform for people who are always on the move and need clothes that are versatile, functional and modern,” said co-founders Lucy Hinckfuss and Maurice Terzini. The collection is made up of versatile wardrobe essentials, deconstructed knits and modern day sports and street wear.

“The collaboration with Fitbit is a natural fit with a shared vision to help people move effortlessly from day to night with a look that reflects their personal style and motivates them to stay fit and healthy.” Behind the scenes, the cast and crew tracked the day of the shoot on their Fitbit Blaze and Altas.
