It looks like a modified exercise ball, but I personally think the BOSU Balance Trainer is a superior fitness tool. You can turn the soft round side down and do squats, lunges, and push-ups while challenging the proprietor section of your core, hips, and legs. Alternately, you can place the flat side down and do the same exercises while standing on the soft side, challenging your lower legs, ankles, and feet. Not only that, but the BOSU makes for an amazing abdominal fitness tool, allowing for a ton of versatility.
2. Propel Water
For anyone who does prolonged and/or intense workouts or who exercises in the heat, staying hydrated and replacing electrolytes is essential. While basic water is always great, what I personally love about drinking Propel is that it has a similar electrolyte profile to that of our natural bodily fluids.
