  • i loved the look of the new Fitbit Versa and bought one! i am 5’3″ tall, 107 lbs. and am small boned. my wrists are very small. the watch was overpowering on my tiny wrist. i love my old Fitbit and wanted the newer classier look. hopefully they will come out with a smaller ladies version.

  • I bought Fitbit versa a week back and I am loving it so far.

It looks more sleeker than the Fitbit blaze which I had before so I am happy. Also it’s waterproof which is great, now I don’t have to remove my tracker while swimming.

Only draw back I observed so far is that the battery life is not as good as Blaze, May be because it does more work than blaze. But I am happy that I don’t have to remove the strap to charge the devise like how it was with Blaze.

Also, I felt the screen is more vulnerable to scratches. So I strongly suggest to use screen protectors.

One more thing that disappointed me is that Women Period tracking system that was suppose to be released with Fitbit versa is not out yet. So ladies if you are looking for that feature you may have to wait for some more time.

    • Extremely disappointed with the HR monitoring, which is horribly inaccurate. It is off by at least 20-3 beats/minute depending on the activity. I was injured after I purchased it from Target so by the time I figured out how terribly it worked, I missed the 30 day return window and am now out $200 with no recourse. I would not recommend this product to anyone, and, if you have purchased one recently, take it back while you can still get your refund.

  • Extremely disappointed in my battery life. I get less then 24 hours out of it. My blaze would last 3-4 days. I do not recommend this.

  • worst watch ever. cannot transfer music files unless you have Windows 10!
Will be taking it back and buying another brand. Would not recommend it to anyone.

  • I would not recommend this product to anyone. The heart rate monitoring function simply doesn’t work. Am so disappointed in Fitbit and am very frustrated about being out $200.
Will move on to another brand after this incredible disappointment.

  • I bought my Fitbit Versa 2 days ago and I am IN LOVE! The Versa is absolutely amazing and I think it’s better than the Apple Watch personally.

  • I bought the Fitbit Versa the day it was released. It worked like a charm until an upgrade came through. It no longer receives text messages from Message+. The tech support knows of this problem and “has been working on it” for over a month without resolution. Fitbit will not refund my money because it was purchased through a retailer and the retailer won’t take it back as it is past 30 days. It’s my 2nd Fitbit product. I purchased this one after my Ulta stopped working after one year. I know my stupidity for giving them another chance. They got my money this time, but not again. My suggestion would be to buy a different Smartwatch product. One that the company will stand behind their products.

  • Damn the FITBIT and their f*** system. That watch drives me crazy!! Problems all the time, music distortion, wifi connection, music transfer. It’s a trash!!

  • I HATE IT.. PROBLEMS ALL THE TIME, music distortion, connection. It’s a piece of SH**** . I should’ve bouth APPLE WATCH instead.

  • I love my versa, but I’m finding that the black aluminum finish is scraping off pretty easily and leaving a silver color in it’s place. It would be great if Fitbit sold protectors/cases for it.

  • How do I fix the issue of not getting my notifications on my versa? I was soo excited to get it but very disappointed so far. My Fitbit charge 2 worked way better.

  • HRM is rubbish, Fitbit figures way out, running on a treadmill the other day Fitbit HR 199 my Garmin chest HRM 99. This was an extreme but Fitbit HR results are at least 30/40 bpm higher than my chest HRM except for when I’m resting when they are about the same. Something seriously wrong with the versa even my Chinese import tracker that cost £20 gives better HRM results than the versa. This problem has been raised for sometime now on the Fitbit community board and there is absolute nothing coming from Fitbit about it. Fitbit needs to sort this out

  • I have bad experience about the Fitbit Versa, as the unit and the app is not user friendly and the app settings are so complicated and require sync procedure for every adjustment.

First, it was stuck several times during the sync procedure, as watch face or an simple app cannot be download successfully as that required PayPal (PayPal is not available at my region). So the unit cannot sync income messages or data. That was bad. To solve this, I have to reset to factory setting everytime. Does Fitbit have a better solution to be written in the app?

Second, as an original Android user, message notification is a must. But the notification function works poorly and not consistent, sometimes no notification and sometimes receive message without vibration….God…

I am an Android wear user for years and I have never had such bad experience about wearable unit like this. Hope the app and the sync procedure problems could be solved ASAP.

However, the battery life is the biggest advantage among the competition.

  • I have always bought Fitbit watches every year when they came out. This has been the worst experience I have had. One week after wearing I found a large scratch on the screen. This was advertised as gorilla glass. Scratches are not covered under warranty. I do understand this BUT a sports watch should not so easily scratch. I do not feel this is able to be used for its intended purpose.

  • Bought a versa and the screen cracked when it fell from a cup holder in a canvas folding chair 2 feet!!! Only 2 feet!!!. There is NO support to fix the crack and my swimmer can no longer wear it as the water-resistance is no longer guaranteed. There was no option for repair and FITBIT doesn’t repair it’s own product. So, we are out a $200 watch with no option to fix its most vulnerable part, the face of the watch. It also does not sync correctly as advertised, so notifications, etc do not send to the watch from the phone over the bluetooth. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS WATCH! It is worthless.

  • Both good and bad about Fitbit versa.
Purchased one online through Fitbit website when it first came out. as I was keen on the water proof and long battery life.
After 3 months the battery which was initially lasting 4-5 days was only lasting 1 day frustrating. so called support and they arrange for watch to be collected and returned and a new one sent out (Great service)
2 weeks on with new one still OK.
I am very disappointed with the sleep measurement. it continually under estimates often stating that I am awake for 1-2 hours in the middle of the night when I know very well that I am not.
Has anyone else had issue with sleep measurements?
All in All from the above comments is seems they have problems with quality control.

  • TERRIBLE product, should’ve just gone with apple…my first one was fried after wearing it in the shower a few times and my second one shattered from a two foot fall 5 seconds after taking it off to get in the lake so that it wouldn’t short out again even though it’s supposed to be waterproof and Fitbit will do absolutely nothing to help with it. Do not waste your time with this company.
